ALL PRODUCTS ON THIS WEBSITE ARE FOR SHOW AND OFF-ROAD USE ONLY!!!  USE THE PRODUCTS OFFERED ON THIS SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

AVS reserves all rights. Consumer/installer/end user assumes all liability of the installation and use of the products purchased from AVS and/or its distributors. AVS will not be held responsible for parts that were not properly installed or used for other than their intended purpose; that may have caused bodily and/or property damage or death!!! All products listed in this catalog/website should be installed by a professional!!!

INSTRUCTIONS / INSTALLATION MANUALS
Many of our products that we offer DO NOT come with any instructions or manuals.  This is because of the universal nature of many products.  With universal products, there are many variables that will change the way that a product is installed.  Such as different year/makes/models of vehicles, end users preferences, wheel size, etc.  We cater to a large portion of custom fabrication shops which already have experience in installing most, if not all, of the products on our site.  Please only make a purchase if you are confident in installing the product(s) yourself or are planning on having an experienced professional do it for you.  

TYPOS / IMAGES
Not responsible for any typographical errors or pricing errors. Simply put, we are human. We do our best to keep text and pricing accurate, but in the event that we make a mistake, we will do our best to make you happy, but we do reserve the right to cancel your order if need be.  Because products are continually undergoing changes, we cannot promise that the item that you receive will look 100% identical to the pictures in this online catalog. PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED
All orders are shipped prepaid only. Sorry,
no COD’s or terms.
CREDIT CARDS:  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  We can only ship to the address where you receive your credit card statement, otherwise referred to as your "BILLING ADDRESS".
MONEY ORDERS / CHECKS:  You may also mail a money order or certified check to us, which will have to clear the back before your order is shipped.
BANK WIRE TRANSFER:  Anyone may pay via bank wire transfer.  We do require that all international (non-US) orders are paid by bank transfer or PayPal.  Please contact a sales rep for more info at info@avsontheweb.com.  
OTHER:  PayPal and Affirm is also accepted.  We can only ship your order to the "OK TO SHIP TO" address on the PayPal / Affirm authorization form.

GIFT CARDS / PROMO CARDS
Occasionally we offer AVS GIFT CARDS for free with a minimum purchase.  These promotions are for RETAIL sales only, unless otherwise specified.  
Obtaining these cards constitutes acceptance of these terms. This card may not be exchanged for cash. AVS is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.  If you lose it, we can not replace it. Gift card may only be used by original purchaser and is good towards merchandise only. Gift cards are nontransferable. Card may not be used toward any shipping charges or tax. Card must be used in full or forfeit balance. This is not a credit or debit card and has no implied warranties. CARDS MUST BE USED WITHIN 90 days from the issued invoice date.  Expiration date is written on back of the card. If the card was purchased as a gift, the card will be stamped "gift card" and DOES NOT have an expiration date. AVS reserves the right to cancel the gift card program at any time without notice.

SHEET METAL PARTS
All sheet metal products are foundations only, and may need to be modified for a proper fit. Take precautions as all sheet metal and steel parts may have razor sharp edges.  Check to make sure that you were shipped the right part(s) before performing any modifications to the part.  If you modify the part (cut, grind, primer, paint, etc.) we will not be able to offer you an exchange.  CHECK BEFORE YOU MODIFY!!!

WRONG PARTS
Once in a while, we make a mistake and may send you a wrong item (yes, we're human ;).  In the event we do, we will try our best to make it right.  BUT, because of prior dis-honest customers, we have had to change our protocols.  In the unfortunate event that this has happened, here is how we can handle your return for exchange.  Please call us and tell us what has happened.  Be prepared to send us pictures of the product that you believe was shipped wrong.  Once we confirm that you received the wrong part, these will be your options:
OPTION #1. Send the product back to us using the PREPAID label* that we will supply you with.  Once we receive the uninstalled/non-modified part, we will ship you the correct part via USPS Priority or UPS Ground service**.  Parts must be received within 30-days.  Packaging is important and must be done properly in order for the part(s) to make it back safely to our facility.  Do not use masking tape, Scotch Tape, etc. to secure the packaging. 
OPTION #2. If you need it faster, then you must pay for the product that we need to send to you.  We will include a PREPAID label for you to ship the wrong product back to us.  Once we receive the wrong product, we will refund you back 100%.  In the past, many customers would simply keep both products, so we now must protect ourselves and charge you for the 2nd shipment and refund you once we receive our part(s) back.  
Either way, we take care of all of the shipping cost.  But we will only ship regular ground.  If you would like to pay for a faster service, you can pay the difference between ground and faster shipping.

PARTS WRONG OR MISSING (NON AVS PARTS)
In the event that one of our manufacturers has mispackaged an item or forgot to put a component in the package, please contact us right away.  We will contact the manufacturer and may need pictures of what you did receive.  It will be up to the manufacturer on how they will ship the part out.  Most of the time, it will be regular ground shipping.  You may pay the upgrade price for expedited shipping.  Please read the paragraph below...

RECEIVED A DAMAGED PACKAGE WITH MISSING PARTS?
First, please read the previous 2 paragraphs. 
If you receive your order with parts missing or the package/product is damaged, please take the following steps to insure your eligibility for a replacement:
#1. If the delivery driver is still present, have him report on his/her tablet that the package is damaged/shorted.
#2. DO NOT throw away anything!  Boxes, packing material, etc.  Save it all just in case a UPS rep needs to come out and inspect it.
#3. You must call and notify us within 24 hours or a damage claim cannot be filed. (559) 486-5444 Mon-Fri 8-5pm PST.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping damage is not a “warranty issue”.  Items that are damaged in shipping do not have a valid warranty, and you must file a damage claim within 24 hours to be eligible to receive a replacement.

GET YOUR PARTS AND CHECK THEM!!!
Please make sure that you have checked all of your parts to make sure that you received them, but that they are the right parts for your ride.  Do not tear apart your ride or take it to an installation shop before doing this.  Again, things can happen.  Shipments can get lost.  We can accidentally ship the wrong item.  Parts can get packaged wrong by the manufacturer.  This is especially so if you have purchased a full air ride, lowering or lift kit.  Lay everything out and make sure it is all there according to your invoice and instructions (if provided) as soon as you receive it.

REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Sorry guys!  We are not a multi-billion dollar company like Walmart.  We are a small family owned company, so we ask that you PLEASE make sure you know what you are buying before you place your order.  You can call or email us with any questions that you may have before you make your purchase.  No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Under no circumstance, will any product that has been modified or abused (e.g. item is cut, painted, bent, cracked, sanded, etc.) be exchanged or credited. Test fit parts before modifying!
Under certain circumstances where AVS authorizes a product return, ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER and a 30% restocking fee will apply with only store credit given. If an item that had FREE SHIPPING is returned, we will give you store credit minus the original shipping cost that we incurred.  The restocking fee is to deter frequent returns as well as cover the cost of doing all of the paperwork involved, inspecting the returned item, returning the item back into inventory, etc. 

STOLEN PACKAGES / PORCH PIRATES
Package theft has been increasing drastically over the past few years in the US; in fact more than 40% of Americans have felt the sting of package theft. Yes, we agree it sucks! It's up to the customer to protect themselves from having their packages stolen. AVS works hard to safely package100% of orders in a manner we would want to receive ourselves. Orders are prepared and packaged according to how the consumer places the order for shipping options they choose. AVS highly recommends paying the additional small fee of $8-10 from UPS/USPS for a signature required. This will guarantee your package(s) can not be delivered without someone from that shipping address is signing for them in person with the driver. Having a package delivered and left on a front porch/front door area is asking for many circumstances that can happen. Once AVS has prepared and had any package(s) picked up from our facility it's now in the hands of the shipping carriers. Each shipper has their own process they follow for stolen packages. Having your tracking number and invoice/receipt with information helps speed up the process when these situations happen to help the best we can. AVS does not know your city or crime levels for your living area/shipping address, so we are not responsible for stolen packages. Please know your surroundings when expecting packages you plan on having delivered without receiving it in person. We can only ship to the matching billing address on your credit card/debit card. If you want your order shipped to your work, reliable neighbor, or family/friends address, you will need to update your billing address with your bank before ordering.     

SHIPPING: 
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 
FREE SHIPPING:  Items marked "FREE SHIPPING" will state if it's to the contiguous 48 states or all 50 states.  If it's marked all 50, this will also include US territories such as Guam, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, etc.  Items marked "FREE SHIPPING" will not calculate special shipping services correctly (next day air, 2nd day air, etc).  So if you choose one of the special shipping options, this will slow down your order as we will have to contact you with the correct total and to collect any extra monies for the special shipping chosen.  If you really need to ship with a faster service, we suggest that you call us first (559)486-5444.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. (international shipping)
PLEASE NOTE:  Items marked "FREE SHIPPING" will not calculate international shipping correctly.  Most of the time you will only see $5.00 under shipping which is a handling fee.  We will contact you with the correct shipping amount, which will need to be paid before the shipment can leave.  
PAYMENTS:  All shipments being paid by and/or shipped to a non-US address must be paid by PayPal or bank wire transfer.  Orders paid by credit card will be cancelled. 
TAXES/DUTY FEES:  AVS is not responsible for any taxes and/or duty charges/fees. These fees are from your government not AVS or the US.
All orders are double checked for accuracy and quantities prior to shipping, so if there is any discrepancies, we must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery and you must keep all boxes and packaging material!!! All orders are shipped prepaid only. Shipping carriers will vary (UPS, FEDEX, USPS or freight).

WARRANTIES / GUARANTEES
All items are assumed to have no warranty, unless, specified otherwise on the website listing or on the invoice.  If the web listing or invoice lacks information regarding a warranty, then it is assumed that the item is sold as is with no warranty.  All shipping for warranty repairs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise specified.  All warranties are warranted through their respective manufacturers. 

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTIES
Unfortunately, nothing last forever...  LLW does not mean that if ANYTHING happens to the item, that the item will be fixed or replaced.  It usually means that the item is covered against any manufacturing defects.  For instance, if an item fails due to abuse or "wear and tear", then it will not be covered by the warranty.  All shipping for warranty repairs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise specified.

AS OF APRIL 2, 2020, ALL ACCUAIR PRODUCTS SOLD ARE PURCHASED "AS IS" INCLUDING POSSIBLE D.O.A. PRODUCTS.  THIS IS DUE TO ACCUAIR ANNOUNCING PUBLICLY ON 4/2/20 THAT THEY ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS INDEFINITELY.  BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
